We purchased Burlington House on Derbe Road back in 2021. We had a vision to restore this beautiful Victorian building meticulously, ensuring that we preserved its original features and character wherever possible. We executed a comprehensive restoration process and successfully transformed the property into a lovely Co-Living House, located less than a minute's walk from the beach. Our main goal was not only to restore this charming property but also to provide high standard Co-Living environment that meets the needs of working tenants.

The house benefits from being located in the picturesque seaside town of Lytham St. Annes. With its expansive beach with Victorian pier. Not to mention the Lytham International Film Festival, Lytham Festival, St. Annes International Kite Festival, and many Theatre shows and music shows there is plenty to see in this beautiful seaside town all year round.
