St. Annes International Kite Festival
Transforming the late August skies in St. Annes into a vibrant and creative display, the International Kite Festival promises an unforgettable spectacle. Taking place over three exciting days, from Friday, August 29th to Sunday, August 31st, the event is set to unfold on the stunning beach area surrounding St. Annes pier.
On Friday evening, visitors can enjoy the magical sight of illuminated kite flying, adding a special glow to the twilight hours. The festival offers free entry and features five dedicated kite-flying zones, showcasing a diverse range of giant kites brought together from all corners of the world.
There is also a wonderful selection of Fun Fair Rides, Bouncy Castles, various stalls, and refreshments available, along with live music to enjoy throughout the day.
